S U N D A Y. Relax, unwind & let it be. I believe things happen for a reason. I also believe it's easy to forget to take care of ourselves and become consumed in expectations and in Society. It's important to take time now and then to wrap up warm & cosy and simply chill.

Today, I did all my bits and bobs in the morning which ended up in me walking over an hour in this Autumn chilly weather to where I felt the pull of Waitrose call my name in the form of some herbal Tea! Did me good.

Walking is such a simple way to clear the head by meditating whilst you walk, allowing thoughts to come, and to go, as they please.

Although I do this walk most days after work, every day is different. I see different things, come across different faces and have a different mindset to the day before.

Hot yoga had been on the cards for this evening, however my energy has recently come to a temporary halt so I stuck to my walk and Tea for today, reminding myself Sunday is 'day of rest.' Sat down in the afternoon with a cup of Ginger and Lemon tea, lit a Rose candle and watched an easy going movie.

I had a lot to think about, and a lot to be thankful for. I am not the sort to cope well being indoors all day .. you could say the Cabin fever becomes slightly overwhelming.

Last night, I met up with a close friend which I've not seen in a while. We've both recently gone through some similar things so supporting each other felt good, especially after missing out on one another's company for so long. We reminded ourselves of the Love and Grattitude we have for our friendship, as well as the importance of cherishing this throughout the near future especially now, more than ever. Lots of things are happening for us within various areas of our lives. It's an exciting and challenging new chapter.

Lots was said as we chatted at our Local cosy country pub whilst I sipped on some Hot Lemon Water and she on her favourite Raspberry and Vanilla Tea.

From all which we spoke of, things we concluded vital were that:

- Attitude is everything.

- Visionise what you want. Your mind is a power plug. No one can take that away from you. Follow the pull of what you want to do and where you want to go.

- Imagination. Allow these visions, thoughts and dreams to run wild. Don't run from them, but chase them.

- Take a leap of faith more often than less. Make the Jump! What we are VS. Where want to be.

- Be Spontaneous. GO for it. What have you got to lose? If it's not right, it's not right. But, if it is, well ...

- Travel and get lost. Immerse yourself in a new culture and / or a new place.

- Fitness. Keep on top of your health. Whether this be Spinning, Boxing, Yoga, Surf or Running, keep it up. Lets encourage those endorphins !

- Take up something you've always wanted to do. (For example, I've craved to learn the guitar for years, but it sort of - never happened.)

- Keep in contact. Skype, text, call, facebook. No excuses!

- Nourish, nurture and be kind to ourselves. We can be our own worst enemy.

- Be Confident. With this comes a certain enchantment and determination to pursue your goals and remain inspired.

- Stay Excited. We have the opportunity to wander, to get lost and to explore.

- Change Happens. We mustn't be afraid of this, but embrace it with open arms. When one door closes, another opens right?

I hope some of you can relate to our 'list' and feel close to these words. Remember .. you are nothing but a free spirit...

Written with my Lovely friend Milly in mind. Thank you for opening up my mind and clearing the fog, allowing me to see things with a fresh perspective and re boost my good vibes. Big Love!
