Having been researching, testing, emailing, trying, buying, looking and asking for natural products of quality and sustainability for a number of years now, I was incredibly excited to say the least to come across Sister & Co.

The products are beautifully presented with minimalistic, clear and creative packaging. Every product is exactly as described on the website. No disappointments.

Lip solve is something for example, which turns out to be quite the challenge to shop for. Yes, most supermarkets and health care shops sell it, but no they are not always good for you. Most companies add ingredients which end up drying your lips rather than nourishing them. Think this sounds nuts? Asking yourself why? Well, think about it for a moment. If your lips dry out, what is the natural human thing to do? Add more lip solve. Keep using the solve until your lips feel good, whilst then needing to add more.

Sister & Co's Lip Tonic is a beauty. The goddess of Lip products. With a choice of two tonics, you can go for one based around Rose otto with its many benefits. It is antibacterial, calming, balancing, hormonally beneficial, anti viral and of course moisturising, made with a coconut oil base. Or, there is the sweet smelling Lemon Myrtle and Wild Mint. A strong anti septic and moisturiser, when blended with the wild mint it proves almost shield like for any chappy weather fighting it's way into your skin. The fresh mint is soothing , refreshing and plain lush.

Sophie from Sister & Co provides her audience with a full brief of how the products are made, explaining her previous skin problems and how she came about producing such luxurious products. The coconut oil is made on a Sri Lanken Farm, completely Raw and Cold pressed. This means that the oil is produced at the lowest possible temperatures, done in the purest possible form. No heat or chemical additives are used to extract the oil from the nut which can effectively destroy the flavours and texture.

Her aim is to "Heal and Nourish the body on the outside as well as the inside." As Sophie says, once you see the results of chemical free beauty skincare products, you will never go back.

It is vital for everyone to have a skin regime, to take care as Sophie says both on the inside as well as the outside. Our skin, hair, lips and eyes, go through a lot on a daily basis. They pick up bacteria, brush against bits and bobs, perhaps sweat. So much so that we often forget. Your body, your features, your mind, body and soul will absolutely glow if you take care of it feeding it with Love.

Another gem, is the coconut hair oil used as a mask before showering. It's great to use when you have a bath, letting it soak into your hair for around 20 - 30 minutes before shampooing it out. Containing Macadamia oil, Argan, Rosemary, Mandarin and Jasmine it leaves not just your hair but your senses in complete heaven. Encouraging hair growth and vitality, you'll end up having super shiny and glowing hair!
