Where do you currently live? In a a house? Student Accommodation? Halls? A caravan? A Hotel? A B&B?

home is where the heart is, as has been said for many years. Home can be s not necessarilysomething.

However, whichever space you presently reside in needs to be healthy and to its full potential. Positive energy and good vibes.

This post is all about how to make your space, truly yours.

I believe it is important for every room to have its individual corner or section whereby you are able to completely relax.

Mine for example consists of my desk. It is filled with books which inspire me, a beautiful rose quartz candle which gives me peace of mind, some precious stones, a bamboo plant and a diffuser giving off a lush scent of calming lavender and geranium. I then have fairy lights sourrounding the walls of the room and a large dreamcatcher above my bed.

Not to forget a rock salt lamp which has many important purposes and good qualities. In fact, I would urge you to go and purchase one now if you've not yet bought one.

Properties of a rock salt lamp:

- Improves the quality of our environment

- Increases energy levels

- Neutralizes electromagnetic radiation

- Better Sleep

Task 2 is to work out the best Feng Shui (simple interaction of humans and their environment) for harmonizing your space. This could be as simple as moving your bed a different angle within the room. It can make the world of difference to your health and sleep.

Make sure to also have some kind of house plant within your room too, ideally every room really. They not only make us happier, but give off oxygen and some protect us from radiation given off from desktops, laptops etc.

For my next shoot, I am going to photograph someone and their space, followed up by some portraits. This will portray what I am talking about. I will then explain why this person has arranged their space a certain way and what makes it theirs and not anyone elses.

Until then!

Namaste X
